王文瑛律师 Ms. Wang

曲立新律师 Mr. Qu
Mr. Qu graduated from Law Institute of Shanghai University (major in foreign-related economic laws) in 1990. He studied in Japan for years and obtained his L.L.M. from the law department of Japanese National University of the Ryukyus.
Mr. Qu is specialized in comparative research of corporate laws between Japanese and Chinese. Besides, he has made a long-term research of Japanese corporate laws, shareholders’ representative action in UK, USA and France, corporate organization theory, antitrust laws and Japanese securities laws. His master thesis has been kept in the library of University of the Ryukyus.
